I had some friends that canoed the lower part last weekend and it was good. I don't think they had to get out at all.

I have a kyack and a 14ft canoe if anyone needs for a trip. Might have to meet me on the way though. Getting both on the Subaru at the same time would be a chore.

UPMC/Pinnacle around here says they are not requiring it, but they also prohibit their providers from giving medical exemptions. My lawyer thinks that is why they are not mandating. They would be in a legally actionable position if they mandating but none of their employees could get a medical exemption because their policy was not to provide one.
Wellspan also says they are not mandating.
Both Wellspan and UPMC/Pinnacle just watched Lancaster General loose a bunch of staff. The staffing agencies are going crazy again, like they did last year Krucial is offering contracts for 4 weeks minimum (I know guys who went last year and stayed for 3 months, coming back for a week between each 4 week contract) at over $100/hour if you can leave immediately for Texas or Louisiana. The wife saw the look in my eye and staked my leash down tight
Right now Biden is only threatening funding for long term care. From what I am hearing through the grapevine the long term care facilities that have hit the funding level (75% vaxxed) are a lot easier about giving exemptions. The ones still below 75% are rejecting a lot more exemptions.
January of 2020 after we got back from Christmas in Texas the wife and I both had a cold. Might have been covid, but was indistinguishable from any ordinary cold. We never lost taste or smell. Testing wasn't developed yet. Since then I have had two colds that greatly concerned me. Both times I got tested about 4 times during the course of the cold (both rapid and PCR) and all were negative. At the height of things last summer I was getting tested 4 times a week because I couldn't get any of the places I was working at to consistently share the information with each other. Never a positive.
I agree with you about it being with us forever. I have been telling people that since it started.
There is some good evidence that infection with any corona virus provides protection, possibly as long as a decade. People who have had SARS, or MERS or any of the corona virus that cause common colds seem to be resistant or immune.
I suspect that I have probably had a couple of the routine coronaviruses before. But I am not doing anything to test that theory.

Outside of tight and accepting groups like this discussing covid is a good way to loose friends or those you thought were friends. When I had it I coughed until my ribs were so sore that I had to hold them when I coughed. The government mandating anything...anything... is always bad and always permanent. Think hard before knuckling under the knee on the neck from government. We completely threw away our country on this disease and it was done in such a way as to empower the wrong people. I've been vaccinated and wish I could give it back but I probably will benefit from it. Human loss is a harsh but is a normal part of all of this and I doubt in the long run wether the national average would be much different with or without the vaccine.
It was never about the disease in the first place. It has always been about power and control. As you can see our gov't has given away $8,000,000,000,000. This was not for relief but it was to destroy the free market system and to level the playing field btwn those that work and are productive an those that choose not to be. You and I are the payers while sinister workings are afoot.
Stop what you are doing, grab a pencil, numerically write one-trillion dollars and don't forget the dollar symbol. If I said too much then have the Moderator erase this but I do appreciate all the medical workers, remain hopeful for the infected, I've had it, I'm vaccinated, and my opinion counts for something.
Except when in medical facilities or homes I won't mask anymore.

A5 I understand the free rights issue very well but the shot is really nothing do you remember polio back in grade school I got all kinds of vaccines and I’m still alive but polo is just about unheard of anymore (I’ve had family with polio) and currently have a uncle that had a bad dose of covid and has been in the hospital for almost 3 weeks now. The shots will not keep you from getting or spreading the nice little virus but it may. May help if you do get it it’s 100% your choice and this cat will support you no matter

I have abandoned all PA fishing haven’t gone in three weeks and I haven’t had a real plan to do so. I’ve had it with PA. I’m 100 percent north minded now. I am focusing on floats , rads and my new rod locker. Had to call my surgeon and ceo to get some foam off him for the build. Thanks Grem!

One thing. I have tons and tons of acquaintances who have had the shot. I totally totally don’t care what people do with their body. I may agree or disagree with them but that’s another discussion. Funny. Me too movement, my body my choice has been supported and preached for years. I personally am against abortion, go figure I have 8 kids. Moving on. That same group that said they can do what they want to their body is now telling me if I want to work I must succumb to their ideology and take part in something that I may not agree with. Just a funny thought. I currently can’t say my body my choice and be free to work even though I am not sick. Moving please read why I won’t take it for now. I may take it if I have to. 3-people are getting side affects. However the news will not cover this you must dig to find the truth.
4- aborted babies tissue is tested. That’s my religious exemption.
5- Fauchi is a welli it’s a family show.
6- Fauchi wife is in charge of approving the vax for the FDA. She does not work for the FDA. She is in charge of the company who give the thumbs up to the FDA
7- If I knew nothing would come of this long term I would just take the Dang thing
That’s why I’m not in a hurry. Rona went through our house in December. We all survived praise the Lord. I was out of work for three weeks total lol. One week we fished and my son tested positive on the Tuesday we all got. We fought it for a while. I don’t take these thoughts lightly. However these are my points of concern. 100 percent do what you gotta do for your life and Family. This group is mature enough and tight enough to support each other. We may not all agree. And that’s normal just don’t act like a ass! Bahahahaaha

My wife is a micro bio who studied this so it’d be a fight to not vax but if I could squeeze one more winter of freedom I’d try(work just announced no travel without vax, I’m remote/75%travel soooo,,,,) maybe she’d have quarantined me to our ski rental all season,,, guy can dream right??
For all those considering Vax(sounds like a bad word, like Doxx, or something more sinister) Nevvvvvvveerrrr Pfizer bring on Moderna,,, I repeat Moderna only,,,,give me J+J risk of blood clot strokes before Pfizer,,,, all I can say given previous ties to big Pharma,,,,,,I’ll repeat one last time Pfizer nevvvveerrrr, Try getting a Cyano/Saline injection or something else completely unrelated for the same results,,,,,It maybe effective, in a lab, after they’ve tossed the 75-80% of vials no longer usable,,, in a lab scenario,,,,,, you follow me?

You mentioned the Mark of the beast. Well the Pfizer and Maderna supposedly contain RDNA markers, look it up. Rumor has it that some of the brew, at least originally, had stem cells from fetus's in it. Some deny it and some are proud of it. I've had it, didn't get sick, wife won't touch it, I wish I wouldn't have either but I'm fine....for now...

Joking aside, one thing I have noticed everyone here say is that it should be each persons individual choice and no one should be forced. So we all do agree on freedom and that is the most important thing. No fights to be had here since we all support each others right to make our own individual decisions.
