Two months ago I was at a fishing swap meet and I bought what I thought was large spinners on wire w no hooks yet. Then I took it out of the bag and realized it to be a laker or salmon rig. Have any of you ever used these?

I guess my question is what do I do…attache a treble on the end or a Kietech
minnow or what? I see there is a leftover piece of mono on the end…

Its a Christmas Tree, or some call it a cowbell. Trolling item. Run a leader as long as you want. Attach a bait or lure of your choice. Never a big troller but my father and I got a decent amount of trout with that.
