Can't go wrong either way. My Mom was Heinz 57 from north Philly and Bristol, a city girl. She was Scotch, Welsh, German, Italian and who knows, all from the greater Philly melting pot. She always added onion and celery and red pepper. My dear wife learned my Mom's recipe but makes the sauce even better. Its the universal immigrant food from across the pond. Yummy. My fam also likes vinegar/red cabbage salad.

Looks delicious! Even after being stuffed myself after a big Easter dinner I’d take some of that!

Thanks. I told them not to worry, I'd figure out what to call the child, lol. They weren't impressed.

I’m still in a food coma. Had deviled eggs and cherry tart for breakfast. Leftovers are awesome. Katie thought that they were done but God had other ideas. It will be nice to have one more around. You should see the spring it put in MeMoms step today.

Pre-sizzle diced sausage. Dice and fry onions and Jelapeno or hot wax peppers until there natural sugars overcome the scovilles a bit. mix them together and put on the side. Thinly slice the heavenly Aubergine and and brown it in olive oil. Drench tomatoes in Flour and fry in Canola oil, Two eggs your way...I like over-easy.
Perfect farm breakfast.
