Tis the season

Got on the ice for my second time this season. 7 til 1. Slow but fairly steady bite. 2 bass, kept 1 trout, 12 gills, 1 nice calico. Tossed back another 15-20 small gills n perch. Felt comfortable out there but I dont think there will be many more trips til we get a good freeze again.

I backed out of going today . Probably should have done a short moring trip before any rain came.
