I really can’t bash custom rods I have two a fenwick 8,6 ft. 4 weight flyrod and a 7ft hmx fast action spin rod which are probably my favorite rods of my collection just about made Z gag when I lifted a 15in flopping rainbow into the boat with my light weight spin rod but it didn’t break lol

Nice winter project...

Dang Don, your gonna cost me. 10 rod blanks some as much as $400+ for $500?! I thought they would exclude their expensive models so I put in cart and nope, discount applies. I’ll start a thread to see if anyone wants in on a group buy.
Don’t forget the eyes,handles,reel seats,thread and epoxy

Yeah that's why I avoid tie flying, plastic pouring, jig making, and this. I don't need another hobby. I don't have time for the ones I already have.
